By engaging with 1ClickSolutions for e-commerce, web development, or IT services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

1ClickSolutions provides a range of IT and digital services, including but not limited to:

• Custom E-Commerce Website Development.
• IT Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance.
• Digital Strategy and Website Design.

All services are subject to a formal agreement or proposal outlining the specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your specific project proposal or agreement. We generally require an upfront deposit before work commences. Final delivery of the project is contingent upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the completed project (e.g., website code, custom designs). However, 1ClickSolutions retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

1ClickSolutions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. We strive for excellence, but we do not guarantee that our services will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
